The Botha Project in Southwest WA involved delivering a complete construction solution for a client needing both a large shed and a reliable water storage system.
We constructed a 250m² Ranbuild shed measuring 10m x 21m x 4.5m, including a lean-to that added extra undercover space and improved overall functionality.
Built to suit the local environment, the shed provides generous room for storage, equipment and future use.
Alongside the shed, we installed a 160,000-litre Rhino water tank to give the client a robust and efficient water harvesting and storage setup.
Together, the new shed and tank created a practical, well-planned addition to the property, improving storage capability and boosting long-term water self-sufficiency.
